Very bad service from the start. Your booking might get canceled and you will definitely would not get a room like you want to, and you will be so disappointed that you cannot get a room there, which will make you feel like any other 'positive' aspects of this hotel dissatisfactory. Turn back now before anything like this happens to you or especially to your family who you want them to have a good experience and REST in Medina. I cannot pinpoint the cause of this issue because I don't work there, their way of operating is off somewhere.

The location of the hotel is just perfect!!!
Surrounded by shopping centers and it's just a minute walk to the gate 330 of Al Masjid An Nabawi. Masha Allah, will be back here again next year with my fams Insha Allah
