Their location is unfortunately inconvenient, but for long-term customers, the rooms are pretty much comfortable with many appliances, lot of space with good furnishings. They have a gym & heated swimming pool on the top. Comfy hotel!

Nice rooms. Excellent reception. They have complementary dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are equipped with everything a normal house has. Washing machine, cooking utensils, cutlery, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave and tea/coffee maker. The bathrooms are neat and clean with bath tub. The toileteries and towels are suffecient. The top floor has swimming pool with separate timing for women. There is a small pool for kids as well.

I sent my entire baggage for drycleaning express service and they told me it will be ready by before 12 PM. Then when I called to ask for it, they said it'll be until 5 PM. After I complained, the supervisor calls me and tells me that their policy said until 6:30 PM. Then when I complained again, she told me 5:30. The policy statement says that any laundry received after 9 AM will be ready 12 PM the next day. I gave mine 8 PM the day before. Not being able to solve this issue on the spot is very bad for a hotel towards its guests. Especially in a hotel for business people. Also, the receptionist, Sultan, added insult to injury by being rude in addressing my concern. The supervisor Basma did nothing to resolve it in any way, shape, or form. They didn't even bother offer a token of good will to apologize for the inconvenience. This is definitely how you ensure a guest never comes back.

Brilliant. Loved my stay here. The suites were cozy, functional, spacious and is equipped with all furniture and fittings required for you to lead a comfortable stay. The coziness supersedes the one at home with their immaculate service. The breakfast is good. No complaints what so ever. Highly recommended and definitely will return.

Love this hotel so much, very sad I had to stay just one day. The service is AMAZING. Shout out to Yasser and Nerjes, best service I have ever had. Breakfast amazing, swimming pool and gym as well. Hope to be back soon.
