Go somewhere else if you can. The wifi is really bad. You can’t get it in your room, have to sit by the door to get access and even then it is extremely slow.There was stains all over the couch and floor rug. Not recommended.

The hotel needs to work on their cleanliness. The service is good. The location is good too. A typical 2-3 star hotel.

When I called to tell them there is no towel in my room, the reply was "housekeeping is off duty now"?!
When I said there is no Wi-Fi signal reaching my room, they said "it's like that for everyone".
The food is terrible.
The rooms are dirty (been multiple times).

The staff are helpful all the time. The location is near khobar Mall and starbucks. Also, there is buffet service available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a very cheap pri.
