I recently stayed at Shaden resort and was disappointed with the staff behavior. Throughout my stay, I observed several instances where staff members were rude and unprofessional towards guests. Additionally, I noticed that some staff members appeared to be untrained or inexperienced, as they struggled to answer basic questions about the resort's amenities and services.
The poor staff behavior had a significant impact on my overall experience at the resort, leaving me feeling unwelcome and frustrated with my stay. the quality of hospitality was not up to par with what I had expected. There was a clear gap between what I paid and the level of service I received.
I hope that the resort can take appropriate action to address these issues and improve their staff training and customer service. I would recommend that future guests consider other options before booking a stay at Shaden resort.
