Rua Al Hijrah Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Rua Al Hijrah in Medina. The experience was truly commendable. First and foremost, the ambiance of the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a sense of tranquility and warmth that set the tone for my entire stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploration. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness put into ensuring a pleasant stay. One of the standout aspects of my experience was the dining options. The prices for food were reasonable, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. However, I must mention a minor issue I encountered during checkout. Despite requesting an extension for two rooms, which was initially promised, there was some confusion on the day of departure. The staff seemed unprepared for our request, and we were met with some resistance when trying to finalize our arrangements. Nevertheless, this small hiccup did not overshadow an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, my experience at Hotel Rua Al Hijrah was highly enjoyable, and I would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Medina.

Convenient location near Door 367 of Haram Nabawi. Spacious rooms, varied dinner buffet. Reception staff could be warmer. Overall, a decent choice for Madinah visitors.

We stayed in room 929. The room was pretty good and comfortable. Staff was really friendly, especially the lady at reception - Hidayah - who was very sweet and assisted us with any queries we had. We are also grearful that they let us stay 2 hours above our check out time as we were waiting for our car. The best thing about this hotel is that it's at 5mins walk from Masjid.e.Nabvi. What I didn't like was the service - why were the rooms not cleaned on a daily basis? we stayed there for 2 nights and not once was our room cleaned. We needed a disposable cup, and our request was never fulfilled.

We stayed in the hotel from 16 Nov 2023- 18 Nov 2023. The location of the hotel is excellent, nearest to Roza-e-rasool (SWW) and Riaz-ul-Jannah entry point. The only flaw with respect to location is a bit distance from the ladies' gate. The rooms are bit small as compared to other hotels, the bath place has no glass due to which the water spreads all over the bathroom. No one came to service our room on first day. However, the second day upon request room was cleared, and linen was changed. The floor boy Mr. Yaseen cleaned the room. He and his team was very courteous. The breakfast at the hotel was good,

Very good location to masjid and Ummrah sites. Service was okay but can give confusing information about late checkout times and calling for room service and housekeeping . Room service was helpful in providing towels water whatever is needed . Breakfast was good but food tends to be cold so it should be improved. room service menus need to be updated as there are expired promotions on television and prices are not the same as presented on menu and certain menu items are no longer available . However food comes very hot and is pretty good whenever we ordered . There is room for improvement at this hotel but serves its purpose well for Ummrah Housekeeper : Sharif Sagor Supervisor : Amin Javid Arif
