The place was nice and the staff are very approachable especially filipino staff who assist us all the way from the beggining until the end.. its a good experience to dine in the market place restaurant and the starbucks with staff are friendly and fast service. Kenneth and zainab is very friendly and having a killer smile on their faces which is very pleasing to the guest .great job ?? also cherry ann who work in starbucks are friendly .. great job ??

We had a very pleasant time, we were so tired and picked the first hotel nearby but didn't expect to have an amazing service. Thought it will be a place to sleep like other hotels but it wasn't the case. We decided to spend one more day to enjoy our holiday away from the city. The coffee shop in the lounge was great good food, and multiple choices with a lovely service from Cherry, she really was helpful with a lovely smile. Thanks for everyone here from my 7 years daughter who enjoyed every moment here.

The Market place food service is amazing. They have vegetarian menu which is rare to find in Riyadh. Mr. Jojo, Jean, Jennelyu, Ivy, Saroj all of them are very humble and served us with great hospitality. Loved the food and stay. Would surely recommend ?

Best breakfast at Market Place and fabulous team. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel yesterday and I must say, the breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional.. The variety of options available was impressive, ranging from freshly baked pastries to a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Additionally, credit must be given to the chef responsible for crafting the incredibly delicious Upuma breakfast. What truly made my breakfast experience memorable, however, was the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make my dining experience enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel restaurant's breakfast to anyone staying at this establishment. Not only will you be treated to a delectable morning feast, but you'll also experience exceptional service from a team of genuinely friendly staff members who go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. It's rare to find such a combination of delicious food and exceptional service, and this hotel restaurant has certainly nailed it.
