We checked in here a couple of days ago because our friend go for vacation and this hotel is close to the airport and also they have a shuttle that you can ride to go the airport so hassle free. The hotel is kind of old but the furniture is still decent and the rooms are big and clean. The amenities were good and the service is good. They have Starbucks also inside and the lobby is cozy. But if you are up to the Riyadh center. This one is so far to booked up but if you are eyeing for some place to stay and worry about the traffic traveling to the airport this hotel is a good place to stay.

Best hotel if you want a quite location and work is near this area. Stayed for 2 weeks. The staffs are great from Housekeeping to Lounge and Breakfast. I had great time to meet some of the best people starting from Chef Stephan, Vimal and Gopinath who took care of the guest per needs. The morning breakfast area staffs Elli and Anthony Paul or the best. They take personal care. I will recommend for anyone who does not have to travel back to Riyadh center or to the city everyday.

Me and my friends did not have a great experience in the arrival reception. Nothing was explained to us upon check in but the breakfast. We did not know that there is a SPA that we can use during our free time. We only found out when we asked someone in the fitness center that there is a SPA that we can use but it is already too late and it was now closing. I hope this amenities can also be shared during your check in so that all guest are well informed.
In terms of the rooms, it was beautiful but I have when I remove the key card it will have a fee seconds before the lights when off… So that I can still see because its like pitch black during at night. And during the morning, I was woken up by people walking in the hall way. I hope that it can be somewhat soundproof so that the guest will not be disturbed during their stay.
I had a great breakfast. Very accommodating and Jolly when you enter the breakfast corner. Thanks to the nicest staff. Thanks to Jojo, Jean, Aivy, M.J and Karen.

Great personnel. At all times. Super kind Jojo at breakfast time. I only wish they could use less paper cups in the lounge, more ceramic or glass glasses and less plastic, for instance, having big water tanks to refill bottles of water in the entrance hall, lounge and gym

The place was nice and the staff are very approachable especially filipino staff who assist us all the way from the beggining until the end.. its a good experience to dine in the market place restaurant and the starbucks with staff are friendly and fast service. Kenneth and zainab is very friendly and having a killer smile on their faces which is very pleasing to the guest .great job ?? also cherry ann who work in starbucks are friendly .. great job ??
