Great and helpful staff, extremely annoyed by their Wi-Fi, very slow and no service , if you are going with business this is not the right hotel . Rooms very old , toilets need service and renovation
The best thing at this place is the smiley face of its front office and staff , still have another two nights at this place , but never again

Great value, but the place is old especially bathrooms.
The location wasn't the best for me, very crowded area and not many parking spots.

Very old hotel, internet is so bad, it's as good as non-existent. Service is lousy and quite poor. No one was rude, just untrained staff and a bad system.

The hotel rate is very reasonable and affordable, staff and service overall are good compared to similar 4 stars hotels.
Some rooms needs maintenance. The toilet flush in my room was make nosiy sound every 15 mins through out the day.
The Internet is nearly useless throughout the 2 days of my stay very bad signal and stability l.
The location was not that good.

One of the most unprofessional hotel I have ever seen, they canceled last moment in the same morning we were travelling. Asked us to stay somewhere else as they are overbooked and second day they will see if there’s any room available to adjust us which really didn’t make sense as we booked earlier. Their staff is not trained to talk to the customers. As if we were staying there for free and they were doing a favour on us. Not at all apologetic rather was giving an attitude to us. Please train your staffs and stop ruining holidays of your customers. If you have to cancel atleast cancel 24hrs before, not fair for the customers if you cancel 3 hrs before you are supposed to check in!!
