Decent hotel to stay, very friendly staff. Good breakfast with a wide range of dishes. Room service is very quick and prompt. Beds are extremely comfortable. Worth the money. Location is not that great but still manageable l.

We were given a room that was not yet cleaned, we got blankets with blood stains, we booked a twin room and only got one towel and when we requested more towels they told us they dont have! And when we forced them to bring us towels they brought us dirty and smelly towels i would never go back to this hotel . They dont deserve 4 stars or to be called a hotel. They dont have car parks they told me to park on the street.

There are two ramada hotels and this is old one near to government offices .hotel is maintained ok still nothing can be done about room decor and interiors once get old .small open area with minimum possible size of swimming pool available. One can get taxis easily or an book uber .room sizes are good for two people .their buffet breakfast has some vegetarian options. Overall it is not very good hotel to relax or rewind .

Updated: there is a very annoying noise coming from the outside due to maybe an ac unit, we where unable to sleep for 3 nights and they didn’t change our room at all. Very bad
The room is a bit old, and there is a big wall on the windows and some noise. They said to try one night and if we didn’t like they will move us, but they did not

Located close to the historic old area of Riyadh. Nice ambience, excellent breakfast, courteous staff, appropriate parking facility, excellent 4-star experience, connects to the highway. Keep up the good work guys.
