I stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Qurtuba for 9 nights in October 2023 and this is my honest review.
First, the Staff are professional and extremely polite and pleasant. You feel you are welcomed from the first minute you into the hotel.
The rooms are very nice, clean with everything you need to stay for a few days. The bathroom is excellent and clean.
The food is superb with lots of choices, and I must say the food they serve is tasty.
The overall services of the hotel are super.
Many thanks to the Hotel staff for their kindness and professionalism. It was a nice experience.
Also, there are lots of shopping, coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel.
For sure I will miss this Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room is ok, location is good. Service is by far the worst of the worst. The Manager is good and friendly as well as the staff. However, I do believe they need a lot more training in Guest services. If you’re just looking for a good room to rest, sure I recommend. But if you’re looking for a hotel experience… I definitely do NOT recommend.

Very nice hotel and room services.
I have faed some plumbing problems during my stay but the maintenance service was impressive.
Thanks a lot for Mr. Salem and Mr. Hassan from the maintenance department and Mr. Mohani for cleaning department for their highly professional services ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arife Hossain from the laundry helped so much upon arrival. All clothes were ready before I even noticed. Means a lot when you have a tight schedule.

Great experience at this hotel with the family. Staff was very friendly. Hats off to the chef (Aa'ed Al Khateeb) and the staff who were very catering to our needs, especially for the kids. Everything he sends out is like his signature dish in terms of taste and presentation. We're not finished with our visit yet but felt this was the right time to speak up. Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Qurtuba, going that extra mile!
