I like the hotel very much.
The staff were very nice and friendly.
They were cheerful and helpful on any issue.
The pool only needs to be heated.
The rooms are very good but need more maintaince

Nice hotel near red sea in Jeddah with mini market near it. Alhamdulilaah one day to be here again!

Food was amazing. But the hotel in general wasn't good. Jacuzzi in pool area wasn't working no hot water shower and pressure bad TV wasn't sounding good grateful for the bed but only favorite thing about it was the food the chef makes amazing fresh dishes.

We have to stay in this hotel, due to our flght to go back, was reschedule. So the airlines gave compensation with room hotels. This hotel very surpriding me, from outside nothing special, but after we came in, we can feel the ambience, friendly and fast services.
The room very clean and neat, all toiletries available.
If I come to Jeddah next time, I will stay here without waiting compensation from airline.
