Hotel looks old from inside but its neat. The room which I have got has no windows, so there is no view of the outside world from my room.

Narrow access from the main road, limited underground and tight parking from the rear
rooms are a little outdated and need a major rehaul of the bathrooms, bad water pressure

Situated is Riyadh downtown on Olaya street, this hotel is providing better facilities. Public transport is available and Riyadh's largest computer market is Infront of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and dedicated parking facility is available. It was nice experience staying there.
