Extremely poor hurtle service with bad customer services
5 days of stay I think hotel is not aware that people use the Mecca hotels mostly to visit the harram mosque buses were never on time from harram we were waiting in lines for at least an hour to get a bus back at 2 occasions took taxi as even after an hour bus hadn’t arrived if one bus was full they will not allow to send the second bus from the hotel just wait for the next timing …..when complained the pretty girl with extremely pretty attitude (Nauff) reaction was not my problem and gave us soo much attitude it wasn’t just us complaining there was another few families especially with children complaining but she gave so much attitude can’t believe she can work for a 4 star hotel by giving this bad customer service..when spoke to other staff not even an apology that from last 3 days shuttle has been over an hour late and once full no extra busy was even sent even thought it was late for over an hour … only good thing I can say was cleaning staff were polite and kept the room clean but willl not recommend anyone to stay there if they want to visit harram…

Very nice room ... Good service ... Good staff ... Parking available in basement ... Grocery store few steps away ... Hourly bus service to / from Haram ... Metro station few steps away ... Bus Number 4 goes to / from Haram ... And that's free of charge ... Kids enjoyed ... Overall, it was an excellent experience staying there !

Rooms - spacious and clean. Shower was large, very comfortable for the area.
Service- absolutely pathetic. Staff dont gv a dam abouy guests. Bad attitide especially the porter we had. Rude to guests. Whenever u need anything u call no less than 4 times before it comes. The staff here hav no idea what image, name and service radissons around the world uphold. I have stayed in many other countries in radissons, the brand is amazing. But THIS TEAM IS TARNISHING THE GOOD BRAND NAME. my toilet was skew (leaning to the right), i reported it, still not level. Room 1909. The house cleaning staff are sloppy, they dont even wipe mirrors properly. Was quite disappointed in the level of service. The management are absolutely clueless. CHANGE THE ENTIRE TEAM!
Location is good, main road. And the hotel is the best is the area from what we have hear. So great choice, i will go again. Hopefully we will get some professional service from a qualified team the next time.

My stay at Park Inn Radisson, Aziziyah was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed with elegant interiors and serene surroundings. The highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Mr. Mohammed Bagdadi, whose attentiveness and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. The amenities, including the diverse dining options and well-equipped fitness center, added to the luxurious stay. I highly recommend Park Inn Radisson for an unforgettable experience in Aziziyah.

Best quality price. The rooms are clean and very accommodating with big space. The staff are really nice and helpful, very good position in Aziziya which is just 30 min away by bus from Haram even in massive times as end of Ramadan. I came to the hotel very tired and the hotel staff were so friendly that they made my experience rise and managed to rest very well thanks to the bedding good quality. Downsides are that some of the rooms don’t have enough natural light and the sanitary needs some refreshments. Anyway, I recommend the hotel to anyone in need of rest and nice standards. In the area, you find nice snacks and restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel. The shuttle service is good aswell. Thanks Parkinn for your hospitality.
