Poor service... The smell of the cigarette is everywhere. The front desk staff are not accomodating. I book and paid online for 2 days stay but when i arrived they said they are not accepting any customer due to hotel was used as quarantine facility. They should have informed ahead of time and not the day the person arrived. I asked for refund but they said they are not giving any refund, its not the customers fault and they are not willing to help for the problem to be solved. Then i asked for customer service number, they give number which is not ringing. I hope management can fix this problem.
