Mr Nour working at the reception/restaurant is excellent. He pays attention to the smallest details and is very generous and hospitable. I am a regular customer because of his welcoming nature.

I was here for one the most famous iftar buffets. The food was delicious. Good ambience. Mr. Nour at reception really took good care of us. Will definitely recommend others to try the famous buffet. Definitely coming back.

Clean, good customer service and great breakfast served. Nour (Morning shift manager I assume) is always happy to raise service to another level. Great two week's stay.

The staff here at Novotel are so kind and very welcoming.
The breakfast is served from 6 to 10 am which gives you plenty of time to fill up for the day. There is a wide selection of fresh fruit, salads, local hummus, curry’s and American style waffles.
Don’t forget to try an omelette made for you with assorted ingredients by the breakfast crew.

The service I got at this place is outstanding; once I entered the hotel I was welcomed by Jaber who was really helpful throughout my 2weeks stay… He helped me in everything I asked; he deserves more than 5 stars for his services.
At the reception, Nora was super welcoming and so helpful and did all what she can do to make my stay great.
Last but not least, Wejdan was amazing and helpful and offered all the support in any reservation needed. She is a great representative for the hotel.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Riyadh.
Kudos to all three of them Novotel team mentioned above.
