All around great experience.
Hussin at breakfast is fantastic. Makes an amazing omelette.
The reception team are exceptionally helpful. Every one of them.
The main issue is the lack of dinner options in the evening. Fix that and the hotel is ideal for business travel.

I had an Iftar buffet here it was an amazing experience. Food was good service was amazing and the staff was too cooperative and friendly..
Mr. Hussain was such a great guy he was very good and very helpful.. Seriously hats off to his dedication..
Mr. Shameem was also good
Overall all staff was very helpful and kind the chef, the waiter, cleaner and all..
Iftar items were all fresh and as soon as it gets over the bring back again.. great service and great food..

I stayed with Novotel for a week and had a very comfortable stay. Everyone was very warm especially Nour who especially got made indian tea for me because I was craving it so much. All in all its a great hotel, the location is superb, and staff are very warm.

Good location near everything and the rooms are clean and spacious.
Good breakfast buffet and food.
Stayed all the week for business. Staff is very helpful and friendly Nour in the buffet and the guys from reception thank you
