1. Check-In/Check-Out:
The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience.
2.Room:
The room was good with all necessary amenities. The view from the window was just okay, nothing spectacular. The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
3.Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
4. Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
5. Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
6. Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and tidy and the breakfast service has been excellent especially from Ms. Anji and Mr. Nour's side.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel with great location, clean rooms and brilliant service , especially at the breakfast lounge by Hosain. Look forward to our next visit soon

Hussin in the restaurant is an excellent and pleasant and friendly young man. always there for us with a big smile. He made our breakfast every morning a big joy. Buffet has a large variety and very clean . we would always come back here. Also to see Hussin.

The check-in process was seamless. The hotel location is very good, the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff, especially the staff at the reception, are very polite, helpful, and professional. I'm happy with my experience
