Stayed for 1 night 2 weeks ago for a 21 hours lay over. The place was clean and modern looking. The bed was comfy and the room was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I was searching for Abaya close by and staff Nursima was so helpful in giving road map instructions, tips where to go which really helped especially on my very short stay in Jeddah. I didn't try their breakfast so no comment on that. Highly recommended.

My overall experience at restaurant was excellent because all the fresh ingredients were used in all cuisines. Mr. Muhammad served us very professionally yet in very friendly manner. Just there us need to add beverages in menu.

The hotel was nice and the staff was so friendly. I specially thank Maram, the receptionist for making our stay better. I also used the laundry service, it was fast and inexpensive. The laundry order taker, Muchgar, helped me placing my order very easily.

We enjoyed our stay in Novotel. However, we were expecting to have some access in other facilities like the sauna and the gym, but those are not accessible to all customers. Nonetheless, the service was great and the staff are accommodating and attentive to our requests.
The breakfast buffet was great too!

We really enjoyed this hotel for a few reasons. Firstly and most importantly the service was impeccable. We were greeted by Gulam and he actually really cared about taking care of us genuinely. We really appreciated his attentiveness and professionalism. I have worked for Starwood (now Marriott) and I know what good service is all about. Fantastic service. Great food. Their was another gentleman who I believe was a chef and he was really nice to talk to as well. Thanks you!
