This hotel had a lot of problems so I was disappointed to hotel and their service. The room had a water problem so we couldn't use hot water. And as you can see in the picture, the fridge was not working. Even we booked here for two people, but they prepared only one towel. They need to make sure to prepare rooms for hotel guests. Last, Men and women can use the pool at different times, so be aware of this if you guys are foreigners.

I really loved the service. While we waited for our room to be available, we went to the buffet to eat for lunch. The food was delicious! After our meal, one of the waiters, Muhammad, was kind enough to give us extra dessert. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

I’m enjoying the stay at the hotel. People are friendly and helpful especially MUSHIUR the goose keeping supervisor. He assisted me with all my needs. Also not to forget at the restaurant. Ismail was our guy He is so helpful and always smiling.

Stayed for 1 night 2 weeks ago for a 21 hours lay over. The place was clean and modern looking. The bed was comfy and the room was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I was searching for Abaya close by and staff Nursima was so helpful in giving road map instructions, tips where to go which really helped especially on my very short stay in Jeddah. I didn't try their breakfast so no comment on that. Highly recommended.

My overall experience at restaurant was excellent because all the fresh ingredients were used in all cuisines. Mr. Muhammad served us very professionally yet in very friendly manner. Just there us need to add beverages in menu.
