Overall was great?? this morning me and my team have breakfast at 1st floor. The ambience so nice, and the menus was delightful.. especially for omelette dish. Beside that, I was appreciate to Mr. Abdurahman who incharge as a waiter, he delivered personal touch to the guest in real. We feel that, he serve by heart that make us feel comfortable. Thank you Novotel for the excellent service????

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception girls whom unfortunately I did not get their names to praise them properly, to the restaurant waiter Mohamed, who was also very nice and helpful…. I would strongly recommend the hotel

I absolutely loved my experience here, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and they always make sure your request and needs are taken care of.
Also, a special shout out to Mrs. Rawabi. She are very humble, courteous, helpful and go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer services and hospitality to their guest. She is very knowledgeable and has a good knowledge of this beautiful country, city and hotel.

I visited this hotel in January 2023 and I must say, my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile.
In addition, I had the pleasure of interacting with the supervisor Ghulam Muhideen, he had a wealth of knowledge about the area and provided me with great recommendations and he was quick to respond and provided excellent customer service. It was clear that he had a genuine passion for his job and took pride in making sure that their guests had the best possible experience.

I really loved the service. While we waited for our room to be available, we went to the buffet to eat for lunch. The food was delicious!It is a great hotel, it has a friendly atmosphere. I would like my friends to stay in this hotel if they go to Saudi Arabia. Especially in this hotel, Ghulam Mohiuddin is a great person.
