I hope you have a wonderful day in your personal life. A day so wonderful and special that you plan every second of it. I hope you’ll be excited about it, and spare no expense in order to make your day unforgettable. Only to have a group of unfit employees ruin it for you. And continue to unwind your perfect day until you’re left with nothing but scraps and a broken heart.
Don’t come to this hotel for a special occasion. You’ll live to regret it.

I had an issue with the air conditioner as well as the curtains. They take your complaints seriously. The staff are above and beyond. Super friendly, nice, polite and helpful. Parking can be an issue. Location is not my favorite. Nevertheless, a very wonderful experience and will come back for sure.

5 star hotel building. The facilities, restaurant, everything is fantastic! However 1 star front desk/reception. Unable ability to solve customer problems.

Room is astonishing. Room has wonderful technology. but meeting rooms are very poor and cramped. Also, resturant is very small. Breakfast is very good.

Shoroq the receptionist made our experience unforgettable!
The room was comfy and the food was good. Very friendly staff.
