I had an issue with the air conditioner as well as the curtains. They take your complaints seriously. The staff are above and beyond. Super friendly, nice, polite and helpful. Parking can be an issue. Location is not my favorite. Nevertheless, a very wonderful experience and will come back for sure.

5 star hotel building. The facilities, restaurant, everything is fantastic! However 1 star front desk/reception. Unable ability to solve customer problems.

Room is astonishing. Room has wonderful technology. but meeting rooms are very poor and cramped. Also, resturant is very small. Breakfast is very good.

we’ve arrived from Doha at 8 AM wondering if we could get a very early check in and the luck was by our side. the room is spacious, classic and modern, great bathroom and comfortable bed, love the smart touch. the room service is great, very friendly staff also cleanliness 5/5, the bed linen were changed daily and in additional was chocolates left on pillow (so cute). buffet-style breakfast was excellent, usually my husband complains about hotel’s breakfast finally this time he enjoyed it
