The cost is matching the level of the hotel’s.
It’s good for quick visit to Doha.
The pillows are so bad, very harsh and thik, to the level that it’s better to sleep without them!
One of the receptist (Indian man) he was so rude and he shouted loadly to other customer with no patience and professionalism. I’ve no idea how such person is on charge to deal with customers! Also we just asked him about the closest metro station and he didn’t even give a hand!
Other people responsible for carrying the luggage were nice and sweet.

Room is okay but neighborhood is not
Reception team and room service are lacking of professionalism
- I asked for an iron they said ok will bring one to you I waited for half an hour no one came I called no one answer I wait more for one hour also no one came and no one answer the phone then I took my clothes to the laundromat next to the hotel.
- I ask for bed sheet they said ok will get you one and never happen.
I will never get back again to this hotel

The hotel has no restaurant even though the website shows photos of one. There is no bar or coffee unless in your rooms.
The restaurant is still a building site. The pool area needs more than the two sun loungers. There is no DJ or music.
Washing says two days to do but they bring most of it back unwashed and get you to sign a piece of paper that says your clothes are marked before they then wash it. So takes four days not two!
Only thing good about this Fawlty towers twinned hotel is the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel location was very feasible and near to public transportation stop. Rooms condition was good. Available transportation was free and goes directly to Masjid al Haram, transportation was available in every minute. It's recommended with less budget good accommodation. Just 5 minutes away from masjid Al Haram.
