Absolutely worth the price. What they need to upgrade is pillows. Not comfortable pillows at all

Bad service rendered by security
I was charged additional
350 without any explanation
And even refused me receipt for the payment!

The cost is matching the level of the hotel’s.
It’s good for quick visit to Doha.
The pillows are so bad, very harsh and thik, to the level that it’s better to sleep without them!
One of the receptist (Indian man) he was so rude and he shouted loadly to other customer with no patience and professionalism. I’ve no idea how such person is on charge to deal with customers! Also we just asked him about the closest metro station and he didn’t even give a hand!
Other people responsible for carrying the luggage were nice and sweet.

Room is okay but neighborhood is not
Reception team and room service are lacking of professionalism
- I asked for an iron they said ok will bring one to you I waited for half an hour no one came I called no one answer I wait more for one hour also no one came and no one answer the phone then I took my clothes to the laundromat next to the hotel.
- I ask for bed sheet they said ok will get you one and never happen.
I will never get back again to this hotel
