The hotel is a very good choice and value for money. With a shuttle to haram available almost all the time, it is as good as living in clock tower 5 star hotel.
Reception, room service, bellboy breakfast at Lotus restaurant, everything is awesome.

One of the best services I ever seen in a hotel , the restaurant lady's are the best and they are professional and very helpful and supportive, especially Arwa, Nora and Monirah she was helpful and quick in orders .

Excellent clean rooms with very good service. The waitresses are very kind and helpful at the hotel resturant specially Arwa have provided me and the family an astonishing and professional service.

Nice clean room. Breakfast buffet was standard but service was excellent... We were looked after by Safaa who very attentive and extremely helpful....thank you

Experience so far had been great with services,I would specifically mention Noora , Aqsa ,Arwa and Saffa. Girls were doing their job very well. They took care of our breakfast, I am amazed with their hospitality. God bless.
