People at Park Inn are very cooperative. Rooms are great. Shuttle service should be a bit after so that it's easy to catch up Salat at Haram. Offers good breakfast but gets mundane gradually.
A lot of areas can be improved with a small focus and leveraging of assets.
May Allah bless them for offering great services and welcoming guests.

Hotel is 10 minutes drive from masjid al hraam. Room was fine but there was no service for cleaning the room. They did not even pick the garbidge from wshrm. Breakfast was good.

Rooms are good. We had a smaller room, and they upgraded it to a bigger one, so thanks for that. Breakfast was amazing. service is slow. You tell them to do something they won't show up.

Someone recommended this hotel to me and it did not disappoint. This hotel along with 4 other other large hotels share a nice courtyard with restaurants and a beautiful mosque. The haram is about 15 minutes away and the free bus service comes every hour. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is better than 5 stars.

We found this hotel in reasonable price as compared to others. Breakfast was really good. Shuttle service for Masjid Al Haram is free and it's very convenient for pilgrims. Nice neat and clean rooms with good room service. Receptionist knows that how to deal with their customers. I would recommend this hotel due to its reasonable price, good breakfast, good view, accessibility and bus service for Holy Ka'aba.
