Good hotel to stay, buffet spread arabic cuisine and tasty, staff hepful. Location wise, a bit far from Masjidil Haram, the rest near masjid aishah and market, Starbuck etc. A bit sad, no laundry services in hotel. Also found out no chili sauce, fried/soup noodles here.

Excellent clean rooms with very good service. The waitresses are very kind and helpful at the hotel resturant specially Arwa have provided me and the family an astonishing and professional service.

I have been there for 3 days and it was amazing, the iftar was delicous. I like how the buses wait for the passengers infront of the hotel t go to the haram. The problem is that the hotel rooms are jammed together, so if you get a room in the middle of the hotel you will see the wall only.

Very nice hotel , service also good after so much occupancy still we got response on room service within decent time, best part is their bus service which curb the hassle of being far from Makkah Grand Mosque. Lastly the surrounding also good various place to hangout including Starbucks & other good joints

It was a good experience in the budget of SAR 326 for a triple with breakfast.
Saudi Receptionist was well trained and cooperative.
Breakfast was good enough and heating serving dishes and thermos of tea at your table was a plus.
Suggest to have at least 2 busses for shuttle to Haram as it is 15 min drive for a bus and in rush times it is not adequate.
Only drawback I faced was unavailability of local food in walking distance. Although cafes and dunking donut was there.
