Millennium Makkah Al Naseem Hotel

If u come for umrah or hajj please please don’t come to this hotel bus service that comes with your package always arrives 30 mins late or sometimes never which causes you to make last minute decesions and claim 24 hour bus serve ice but only 1 or 2 buses arrive in a day and it is atleast a 30 min bus ride to the haram so if your thinking of praying every salah this is not a good choice because it is highly likely you would miss the salah and the few days we spent at the hotel we just called a taxi or used nearby hotel busses

After a long 36hrs of traveling we finally arrived to this hotel. We met Ithar Gosty at the reception, and she gave us so much attitude. Throwing her hands and making gestures when we wanted to talk to the manager due to her not wanting to accommodate us. Very unprofessional, and we got to our room and it only had 2 beds inside rather than 3 that I booked and paid extra for. They ended up bringing a third bed and throwing it in the corner making it very cramped. First and last time staying here.

I book this Hotel for 4 nights they respects only arabs i request to hair dryer for two days they is no hair dryer they have they said if any body checkout they will provide me since two day they will not provide and no body come for room service every day by the time.. i was booked about this is 5 star hotel and they are provide5 star service. i don’t think so it’s happened other with our hair dryer my wife suffering for fever 1 day and i won’t recommend such hotel like this type of behavior and services. if your bachelors may be you can adjust please don’t come with family you will suffering but they bus service is very good l.. every time no delay but hotel stay 1 out of 5 may be they give respect only arabs i hope so.. you may see all good reviews from arabs user only.. i don’t think so they need another customer….

I’m a was receptionist in 5 star hotel this a bad experience in bad hotel ! And a bad check in with a rude reception guy his name “ salman “ He talked with me by rude way! I didn’t saw any hotel ask the guests where are u going? Why u bring the food !!! How many one in the suite!!! BTW , I reserved Suite not room ! It’s fine if we are 5 person! Also the bad service is it to much delay for everything And nobody answer my calls! I can’t come anytime more for sure !

The worst experience I've ever had, I booked two rooms and requested that they be close to each other, and they confirmed it. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room in the first east and a room in the last west of the hotel. As I arrived at 6 p.m., one of the rooms hadn't yet been cleaned from the previous lodger. I called the room service and they said this was not their responsibility, it had to be handled by the reception. Finally, the reception answered my call after 20 minutes and said they would call me within five minutes. After 15 minutes, I called again and they told me that the room could not be cleaned now and I would be given another room, but there aren't any available rooms on same the floor. I rejected the offer and decid to cancel my reservation, I went to the reception and took the long and slow line to finally ask about cancelling my reservation. They then said they have a room on the same floor and close to the other room that you can take it or you requset the cancelaion from booking and they will never gave up on the reservation fee. As a result of my lateness for umrah and the staff's rude behavior, I had no choice but to take it. At night I discovered my replacement room was heavily smelling of smoke and the fridge in the other room was not working...
