Its a very clean amd cozy place to stay , BUT when we ask where is the massage room they gave me the directions and I go there and its closed then the guy told me its open only in the morning .. Its not a big issue YET thr staffs must knew the details like that so i will not spend time looking for it then after i saw its closed ...
Over all , its a good and safe place

a very disppointed experience:
I have avail this package promo with certain discounts, but when going to the restaurant to book for 13 pax and the receptionist there realised that we are on coupon, he showed no interested and replied that they are busy on the day we want a booking. keeps shouting at us and advise to call someone to make a booking. a very rude receptionist, and by the way food are not that recommendable

1 night stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean but dimly lit. A bit old fashioned since it is an old Mercure hotel. Buffet was good with nice views. Staff were friendly.

Good location on Prince Turki Bin Abdul Aziz, St Corniche, Khobar. It is 10 story hotel with nice restaurant located on the 10th floor overlooking the beach.
Spacious suites with reasonable comfortable classic furniture. Clean and well serviced.
Fast check in and checkout.
