So I am editing this review. The hotel called me and this booking was updated to accommodate me on a new date when umrah permits are available. I thank them for good customer service. I will update this review once I go there again, but so far I am satisfied with the customer service representative.

I had a mixed experience. The room was very nice and had a pleasant ambiance, which made my stay comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the reception service, as it was not up to par. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I noticed there was only one person responsible for handling luggage for the entire hotel. This led to delays and inconvenience during check-in. Despite the beautiful room, the lackluster reception service did impact my overall impression of the hotel. I hope they can improve their staffing and service efficiency to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended
Rooms: clean, spacious and tidy. A bit dark at night but not major issue
Bathroom: very nice with hair drier and all required facility
staff: very polite, especially concierge. Please give them a rise because they made the difference for my stay. My parents were ill and they provided all they help they could
Only down side is the shuttle service. Too poor, too small and not frequent enough, stops too far from Haram.
Please revise you shuttle service as not suitable for disable/ill people

The most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the service! Mr. Marouf runs a tight ship. Whether it’s a AC/DC converter you forgot to bring or an extra towel you need, it is provided immediately. No need to worry about bringing extra clothes, the Laundry service is also efficient and excellent.
The hotel may not be at the door step of the Haram but a shuttle service is provided around the clock.
The sahoor was part of my room tab, and the options were extensive, excellent, and elegantly presented!
Overall we had a great experience at the last ten nights of Ramadan!

M Hotel Al Dana Millennium is a four star hotel in Makkah. It’s 4 km away from Grand Mosque, 8 km from Makkah mall. They have also bus shuttle service from hotel to Haram .There are different shops and a big supermarket near the hotel. Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.

Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean.
Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.
