As a returning customer. I've stayed in this hotel over 3 times already, and I've even recommended and booked it for others. What I realised is obviously their standard is getting lower, and customer services are not given priority as before. Their breakfast option has fewer varieties compared to before. Although the hotel still has the potential for improvement.

Dear Hotel Staff,
I want to thank you for the exceptional service during my stay. Mr. Mohammed and the local female staff were outstanding. However, there's room for improvement in the shuttle bus service. Clearer communication with drivers could minimize delays.
Thank you once again for your hospitality, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Worst customer service! From front desk to room service, house keeping and restaurant, complete unprofessionalism! No proper room service for a 5 day stay! No one picks up the phone. You have to go to the reception in person requesting for water, towel and toiletries. At the restaurant, they scam with the food price. Serve starter but charge for a full meal. And the wait time is over an hour. When asked, response was picture and portion on the menu doesn’t have to match what they serve on the table. Paid for 5 nights during check-in, was asked 3 times prior to actual check-out date saying we are supposed to leave a day prior and didn’t pay for the 5th night! Bunch of jokers running this hotel. Never coming back. Only good thing which probably was the reason for 1 star is the prayer room.

The hotel is good, was clean and good rooms. But the service is horrible, why have a phone when you will rarely pick up? They almost never pick up the phone or you keep getting transferred to a different line and it rings endlessly which can become very frustrating.
They need to sort this out!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Everything was good, clean, and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a large supermarket near the hotel. There is a shuttle bus to the Haram 24/7. Highly recommended. Thank you very much

M Hotel Al Dana Millennium is a four star hotel in Makkah. It’s 4 km away from Grand Mosque, 8 km from Makkah mall. They have also bus shuttle service from hotel to Haram .There are different shops and a big supermarket near the hotel. Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean. Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.

Rooms offer free Wi-FI, coffee making facilities, flat-screen TVs. Room was of moderate size, clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was small but clean.
Other Amenities include a restaurant, a lounge, Leo cafe , a prayer room and a business center, plus parking and breakfast. The Sales manager Mis.Aseel is very nice and has good cooperation with us.
