Reasonable hotel. Far from haram, but free bus service available after every hour. Bathroom was extraordinary small. Room service not good. Overall, it's a reasonable hotel price wise, for short stay.

Best hotel I ever stayed. Every single employees are very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the security guard all knows that to do and how to handle the guests. This is hotel is quite exquisite as I really love the warmth at the reception area coupled with the solid interior of the rooms. It's also surrounded by nice restaurants and very close to Bin Dawood Supermarket thus shopping for your needs should not be an issue. Although a bit far from Masjid Haram, it's located on a popular road thus there's easy access to taxi to and from Haram if your are leaving the hotel at a time when their shuttle bus would not be available.

Mashallah hotel was very very good but their bus service drop you 1.5km away from Tawaf site. Bus drop you ghaza road side where haram Extension is in progress so you to walk alot before tawaf.
