SO DISAPPOINTED Yesterday we were there having a confirmed reservation message (for a table in the living room )from their system and when we arrived they told us the whole place is closed due to an event. No one called us to cancel our reservation, on top of that the manager wasn't professional at all he keep saying (it's our fault.. Just come tomorrow to arrange a table for you) without offering any alternative .. he didn’t even smile(!!) why would I come tomorrow to such a place that treats its customers with disrespect (!!) .. YOU OWE YOUR CUSTOMER A CANCELLATION MESSAGE, UPGRADE YOUR OUTDATED SYSTEM!

This hotel is a amazing and above expectations. I ended up extending just for the experience. The front desk, Jehan gave us exceptional service, very helpful and proactive attitude especially in providing information about the hotel facility, recommendations for places to visit. I felt very special in this hotel and i would come again for sure!

amazing hotel! Rooms are spacious and luxurious, service is amazing, staff are sooo friendly and welcoming beyond words and the location is absolutely great it has nearby coffeeshops and restaurants in the same area (walking distance) I loved my stay and will definitely come back

This is unique hotel in a very nice, easy access spot in Riyadh centre where you can find lots of Riyadh season attractions near you.
The staff goes beyond guests exceptions to make sure the stay is unique.
I was amazed, and definitely
will cone again for future stays.

Light Room Lounge with KAFD View on the 2nd floor for the outdoor tables
Not to forget the JAREED SPA experience, Reservation through the phone for the mean time
