I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at jareed. I had made a reservation and arrived on time, only to be informed just 15 minutes before check-in that my room had been cancelled due to an electricity problem !!
This last-minute cancellation caused significant inconvenience and frustration. left me scrambling to find alternative accommodation at short notice. The explanation provided about the electricity problem seemed dubious and raises concerns about the hotel's reliability and professionalism.

I had such an amazing experience at this hotel when I took my husband to celebrate his birthday. The hotel manager Iman was wonderful and had a cake with a beautiful cheese platter in our room upon arrival.
The staff was excellent especially the F&B manager Omar Tabib who went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience for us.
He was so accommodating and really did make us feel so special. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve never encountered someone with so much professionalism. He really takes pride in his work and truly cares about his guests.
The front desk staff was so helpful when we checked in. The rooms were so modern and the housekeeping staff always came by and made sure everything was clean. My husband had a wonderful massage at the spa and felt so relaxed. We enjoyed a great dinner at the Italian restaurant where the food was so delicious. The service from all the staff was truly so excellent.
This hotel has high standards. If you’re looking for a place to stay where you know that customer service is priority then book at Jareed Hotel. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you to all who made our stay so memorable.

One of the best stays in Riyadh. The rooms are great, the interior is beautiful and they care about the smallest details which made the experience amazing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and communicating with them was so easy and they are very accommodating. I will definitely come back here again

Amazing experience .. the best spa I have been to in Riyadh city . And the therapist Sundos was wonderful. She went far and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible .. it’s a stable for me now ❤️ not to mention the amazing reception and welcoming staff specially Marihan she was so lovely and approachable she made me feel at home .. ?

During my recent stay at Jareed hotel in Riyadh, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of hospitality extended to me. As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's remarkable interiors and well-maintained rooms. The name "Jareed" is derived from the Arabic word for Palm frond, which is a symbol of hospitality and generosity in the region.
Beyond its name, this hotel embodies the essence of Arabian hospitality with its exceptional service, immaculate facilities, and dedication to guest satisfaction. The staff at Jared consistently exceeded my expectations, with each member displaying a high level of professionalism and a dedication to guest satisfaction. From the valet to the check-in agents, and even the cleaning staff, I was met with warm smiles and a willingness to assist me in any way possible. The exceptional service provided by the staff made my stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Jared hotel for both business and family travelers, and extend my sincerest thanks to the entire team for making my stay a memorable one.
