Decent older hotel. Beds were nice and pillows and bedding were clean and comfortable. Gym was older but functional. I booked a Classic Sea View room but was placed in a room facing a large wall with no view except of the sky. When I checked out I was told this was an error but that they could not adjust my room rate even though I paid more. That was disappointing customer service and also I could have saved money if I had just booked the basic room for about 400 riyals less per night.

A very nice hotel, though, in my opinion, not 5-star. A 4+. I say this because the rooms are bit dated and tough around the edges, the rooms floor looks like a student dorm or hostel (strange door design - see pictures). Nothing wrong, comfortable bed and all, but not 5-star.
However, that said, you get 5-star service. The service is exceptional (firas at front desk, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, recreation center).
The fitness center is well equipped for a hotel, and has a great lap pool (not common in hotels), and outdoor.
Location is great, close to the water and old town (but still need to drive everywhere, nit the hotel's fault).
Overall, I would recommend it.

An excellent hotel and venue for numerous events. Located Close to everything.. Staff fair attempt. Hotel beautifully, clean and offering numerous amenities. Beautifully appointed lobby!

We went Spears restaurant which was absolutely fantastic.
The service was amazing, the food is delicious and the atmosphere was great.
Thanks for Jawid for his services ans he was serving us the delicious barbecue meat.
I can visit this place multiple times.

Its my first time stayed at this hotel and my experience was so amazing. From the moment I walked in, the employees were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
