Infinity Hotel Makkah

More or less 4 star experience. We liked their food options, receptionists were nice, room was quite big with almost all facilities. Good point that they have prayer mat and tea. Room service checked once in a day to deliver water. People have mentioned about location but it was not really near, 1 kilometer to walk, up and down, enormous lobby.

The hotel was very good. Our room was big and well equipped. There was a mini fridge, kettle,mugs,tea, sugar. There was a big desk and a wardrobe with a safe. There was a prayer mat and Quran on the shelf. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom had towels, toilet rolls. The cleaners didn’t come everyday but you could ring them and they would come and change the bedding, bins and stock up. The two cleaners were very nice and helped us with whatever request we had. The only two cons was there was no microwave and the hotel was a little far from masjid Al Haram. It’s also on a hill so quite hard to walk back from Haram, especially for children and old people. Apart from that it was Al great.

Stayed in this hotel for December Umrah trip 2033 ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ‎ Infinity Makkah has huge potential if they go that bit further to make a real 5 star hotel, but it sits at a strong 4 star hotel standard from my view. I’ve stayed in many 5 stars hotel including those in Makkah such as Hilton and Pullman, but what amazes me about Infinity is the location and the lobby size. Enormous lobby, not one but 2. The location is perfect, nearby almost anything you want a few steps away, food, barber, shops, tailors etc. When staying in the likes of Hilton this was not the case as it was quite secluded and surrounded by only other hotels. The room size here is decent, but also depends on the room, it can go from normal to huge. The bathrooms are of good standard. I had room service knocking everyday on my room for a clean but I politely refused because only needed once or twice 😂. The breakfast is not very big but has all the essentials and is of good standard and quality, including croissants, various chicken and beef dishes, breads, spreads, juices, tea, coffee and sweets. Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the hill is not like what others describe it. We had elderly people and also disabled people in our group, the hill is not bad, and the hotel has been kind enough to offer a lower ground floor with lifts for those who can’t walk to the main reception which is on the hill a bit. There is also a shop and barber in the hotel which is really handy. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. It is only 8-12 minute walk from Haram and is lovely.

The rooms,bathrooms, and services provided, like restaurants are bad and not about 5 stars hôtel. It's classification is only 3 stars.

Not a bad hotel and very comfortable too. Loads of space downstairs with shops and even a mini market in reception. The rooms are very spacious and the service is brilliant. The breakfast does need to improve in my opinion. The variety needs to meet the description of intercontinental and not just have it all Turkish. Walking distance from Haram to the hotel is 10 mins. I personally did not have any issues with it. Over all, a good hotel.
