Very Very Very Poor service specially the Housekeeping and the room cleaning . In first day we ask to clean the room at 3 Pm while we going out . Imagine we came back at 21:30 PM and the room was not cleaned yet no body touched it . I was so cooperating and said it can be happened it’s Okay . We informed the reception we will go out and requested again to clean the room . When we cam back we found the worst room cleaning ever I don’t even know how they calling this cleaning just change the Towels and that’s it !!! Garbage not removed room is messy and not organized. Even the empty water bottle they didn’t removed it . Washroom not touched . No bath mat as well in washroom . They didn’t add any washroom amenities. Overall very bad and poor HK service. Laundry i give it morning 9 am and they said only tow hours now it’s 14:45 and now news . AC in the room is very disaster very noisy i have to switch it off th entire stay to sleep. *Breakfast is good and team are friendly especially Mohamed*

One of the worst hotel experience Nobody picks up when you call from room, not reception and not room service The hotel staff are arrogant and even take time to understand what you really want The breakfast was basic One of the staff outright lied there was no omlet when asked, saw another table receiving and when asked they ordered for us. The hotel is far from Haram and bus service is only one every hour. Previous hotel I stayed had bus service every 15 minutes and was even closer than this. Overall very dissatisfied.

Horrible. All the reviews said they were good but when I went it was disgraceful.we had to swap rooms so many times because they gave us the wrong room. And they kept on ignoring us.the service is horrible, I asked to clean our bathroom and when I checked it took them 5-10 minutes to come but when they came and cleaned there was still dirt on the floor. I checked my second room which I was supposed to get and on the bathroom ceiling there were millions of insects jumping around.and this location is also very bad because I went on the bus it took us 30 minutes as they took the road down 😕

I absolutely hated the experience. The service was poor throughout. The desk managers lacked professionalism and mishandled our bookings. They were also exceedingly impolite and made things harder to resolve.Throughout our two days there, our room wasn't cleaned by anyone.Furthermore, there were also a lot of judgmental staff members.It was totally not worth it for the breakfast.The meal wasn't worth the money because it was cold and didn't taste as delicious. I advise against coming here.

I travel the world and stay in a lot of hotels. If you want to relax after a tired day, do not stay in this hotel. The sound insulation is very, very bad. There was a large family with children in the room next to me and they never let me sleep. They were making noise until late at night and in the morning I heard their voices again. I was waking up. I asked the reception to change my room so that I could sleep, but instead of changing it, they said that they warned the family and it would not happen again, of course, this is impossible. I couldn't sleep during my stay due to baby crying and children fighting.
