Near the kaaba but on a hill a bit.. so difficult to walk. Expensive car parking facilities, 150 Saudi riyals per day. Hot water in the shower runs out very very quickly. Room service is very slow due to short of staff. No personal as operator: if you call the hotel from your mobile you will never get an answer.

Value for money and best hotel around haram in this price. Distance 7 min walk BUT NOT AT ALL recommended for old age, wheel chairs, however children with strollers are also okay. Old age or wheel chair people can also stat if they are willing to pay for 10 SAR everytime for the taxi. Taxis are available everytime in front of hotel

Overpriced for what it is. Our phone for room service never worked, no signs provided for door to indicate room needs cleaning, rude front desk, and not ideal location for families with young children or elders- have to climb steep hill to get to haram or pay money hungry taxi drivers. No breakfast option, also no decent restaurants/shops near hotel. Only pros: rooms were fairly updated/clean, rest of staff was helpful

Staff or management don’t care about when you report a problem in their property; I understand it’s completely normal for them and they don’t see it as if it was a problem specially something to do with shower room i.e. no curtain and no hanger. A 4 night stay and not a single time your room or toilets get cleaned, neither towels and bed sheets get replaced, tiny bin is full but no one cares,0.40miles walk from the Haram which takes around 10 minutes of walk but theres a hill to cross and theres no bus or shuttle service from the hotel. On a 120 sq yards plot they built a tall 14 floor tower where A twin bedroom is a bit small, theres no working / breakfast table or space to keep luggage for two people due to the small size of the room, so you actually cannot eat in the room, theres no restaurant in or around the hotel, theres a cafe inside the hotel which barely serves the purpose. It is clean and facilities in the room are up to a standard 2 to 3 star standard of hotels. Not really recommended!
