One of the beautiful hotels I stayed in between 2017 and 2023 during my business trip in Riyadh. I will return to it if I visit the city again.

We asked for twin bed, got a double with king size bed!! When we asked to changed we got told the hotel was full so noway we could get a twin. At no time did we see a full restaurant!!! So 1 of us slept on a camp bed.... for 3 nights!!! Not a brilliant experience.
On the positive side the pancakes at breakfast were very good.

Imma put it in bullit points:
- Rooms: are VERY OUTDATED , Clean? yes , BUT OUTDATED AF + don't bother looking for a "Better Room"
- Service: Very friendly and wonderful staff there which makes the stay 10x easier and better.
-Location: is what got us to book there multiple times. Its in the middle , 3 mins away from Turki Bin Abdulaziz St. and 5 mins away from Al Oulaya AKA "The Center" which is GREAT. The only downside is the neighborhood atmosphere.
Overall: Don't mind booking there again purely because the Location is good.
