The hotel room & breakfast was adequate. Pool: Be warned. There is a major safety issue here. The access for children is difficult as there are no steps & the pool exit ladder was broken to a point that it was just dangerous. The steps have come detached & it would be impossible for a younger/smaller child to exit. Chap this off with a depth of 100cm. Dangerous! I reported this on 2 consecutive days & nothing was done. Very poor safety care.

The sahoor offer in cobone is ok. You have to come early to enjoy this promo. The guy attending the guest is kind and accommodating. He is informing guest that the food is limited, guest can decide if they will stay or not, and if they decided to go, they can come the next day.

Worst hotel ever !!! I have never been to a hotel and it was this bad !! 4 stars for WHAT?! The service is so bad unbelievably bad, the keys doesn’t work properly, the house keeping services are insanely bad, I literally found a cockroach in the toilet of my room, the sound insulation is so poor, I can smell the next room smoking!!! That’s unbelievably bad, worst experience ever! Never again and I’d NEVER EVER recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.
