THEY MADE ME WAIT AN HOUR FOR WATER.
Rooms are decent, location is the best place once umrah is complete. Reception service is good, but please don't expect free or accessible water. Get your own if possible.

It's good but there is no room service without asking that every day!! Once I needed water so I caled them, the lady on phone told me "go to the shop and buy water!!!" ..for me, it was soon disappointing ...I didn't expect that

Yes. It is not a 4 star hotel with a bad management. Rooms were not clean. No electric kettle available as mentioned. We asked dozen times for towels. I m so sad that at a holy place they hv no fear of Allah subhan talk.

Hotel was ok for money but distance is too far. Takes atleast 30 minutes walking. You’re already burnt out even before you start tawaf

It is practically 1.3 KMs from main entrance of Haram which takes at least 30- 40 minutes to reach Entrance of Haram...as Ghaza Entrances of Haram are closed by Saudi Administration are only on Jumma it's open for General Public...
Don't recommend specially elderly people
