I’ll be happy to advice everyone who’s interested in this hotel. First of all, this hotel does not deserve to be a 4-star hotel. I tried to reach out the reception for my luggage and they almost got it lost and I had to go back to the lobby to look for them MYSELF!!
Second, they only have 55 parking spots for this huge building. Keep in mind I have booked two rooms and no where to park my vehicle.
Last but not least, they have got a poor customer service at the lobby.
I advise my brothers and sisters to not get fooled buy this new building.

I’ll share my experience to this hotel, We stayed with my family for 3 nights.
The room was good and clean maybe because its new.
The reception desk staffs performance doesn’t meet your expectations. not a friendly-hotel.
Lack of staff it’s difficult to find someone from their staff to ask.
Calling from their telephone for request are not answering. Requesting something for your rooms are not available, Service was not good. You can’t call this a 4-star hotel.
I will not recommend.

The room was good, however, the service doesn’t deserve the extra money I spent.
I regretted the 2 nights I spent there, I was going to spend a week, but I cancelled my booking.
There’s no juice in the buffet, the soda machine is bad, lack of variety in fruits.
The way reception employees treat customers isn’t appropriate in most cases (some of them are cool).
I don’t recommend it.

The cleanliness of the rooms surpassed my expectations, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment. It made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The location of Novotel, particularly its proximity to the Haram, was incredibly convenient. It allowed us to easily access the holy site, enhancing the spiritual aspect of my journey.
I must commend your staff for consistently going the extra mile to cater to the needs of guests. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations, assisting with inquiries, or ensuring prompt service, their commitment to excellence was evident throughout our stay.
Overall, our experience at Novotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to your wonderful staff, clean rooms, convenient location to the Haram, and the extraordinary efforts they made to ensure guest satisfaction. We look forward to returning in the future and will certainly recommend Novotel to friends and family.

The service is very disappointing, room service is unreasonable no matter when or how often you call. Reception is very rude, and the room leave much to be desired. The bathrooms leaks into the living area, the beds are unstable, there were no slippers provided, the sheets are I breathable, and the toiletries are labeled as different products when in reality they are the same. I had stayed for three nights and had asked for the sheets to be changed, the towels to be replaced and the room to be cleaned none of which had been done. Very disappointing.
