Nice location and place to stay, worth ur money. Plz keep in mind, if u r coming from airport, it will take u around 1 hour to reach.

Pros: Very friendly staff, very big (I thought I was getting a room with 2 beds, turned out it was 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a full kitchen)
Cons: not the highest quality and cleanliness that you'd normally get in a standard hotel

The hotel is at the center of riyadh. It's near to most of the tourist spot in Riyadh. We booked the hotel roomfor 430Sar. The room has two bedroom, three beds, two toilets, one shower, with kitchen, and sofa. Please see pictures. The AC is a old but working. The interior is ok. We stayed here for two nights and three days. The hotel doesn't provide towels even though we requested. We didn't bother because we brought our own. There are restaurants walking distance from this hotel. I can recommend this hotel if you are budget tight but still wants a nice and comfortable stay.

Don't expect too much from this hotel. If you just want a place in Riyadh to sleep, lots of cafe and restaurants area and cheap, book here.
But if you are looking for a 4-5 star hotel looks and feel, try different hotel ?
