The place has a good location coz its inside the city of riyadh..

Big rooms, equipped and clean Nice position and staff

It was ok. The apartment was huge, but equipment are old. It needs to be replaced. Some electric item i.e microwave & washing machine looks damaged. We did not try to use it as we saw there's safety issue to it. The plus was secure with a tape. Nevertheless, for the price that they charge, it was ok

I think they need to do some cleaning. The sofa and carpets looks like the birthplace of covid19

This hotel is a disaster I would never recommend it to anybody the price that should be booked for this room is 50 sr Per night all the hostels I have seen are better than this hotel The cleanness is zero the room was dusty all over everywhere very dirty and very old furniture‘s I swear I could smell other peoples odor on the mattress pillows and blankets the bathroom is another story even you would never put an animal in this bathroom I saw the pictures and he was impressed with the price the location was good and I booked it with the moment I walked into the hotel I realize that this hotel should never been given four-star or called the hotel I didn’t take photos because I just checked out directly but whoever go to this hotel please take photos for the actual furniture‘s and room angles and post it for the other people to see before booking in this hotel
