Held a couple of training activities in Frontel and the experience is amazing in all senses. Ambience, easy to reach, walking distance to Jeddah Grand Park mall, amazing foods, and above all, very friendly and supportive staff and management.
Overall, highly recommended to any general and customised events from training, to dinner, to wedding events.
Keep it up Frontel.

I wish I could give more than 10 stars with this hotel.. from our check in to check out the staff have been amazing truly appreciate their extra miles service Mr FAHAD on the front desk have been looking after us no words to describe this young gentleman.. believe me the the whole team in this hotel are AMAZING people..we say thank you from the bottom of my heart and my family....The hotel itself is at an very busy area near JEDDAH MALL beautiful place for shopping and amazing food court all walking distance... keep it up frontel hotel

We held a graduation party last night at the hotel hall, it was an amazing experience everything went smoothly and I was happy with the service. Ms Amani was very cooperative throughout the booking process to the end. I would like to thank her for her service and followup. Also l would like to thank the chef for his flexibility and the delicious food. definitely I recommend the hotel hall as venues for small group parties and celebrations.

I went to the hotel to attend a course in one of it’s meeting room. The meeting room is good in space, light, clean, and air condition. The worst part in the hotel is the parking lot. The design and the space is so bad and parking is so difficult..
