We were given a room next to a machine room or something similar, which made a lot of noise. We reported this issue three times, but upon returning to the hotel, there was still no feedback. Eventually, we were given another room. The rooms are otherwise spacious. However, the shower water fluctuated between hot and cold, and the bathroom had a moldy smell. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, there was no room cleaning; nothing was restocked or made up. The feedback we received was that for this 4-star hotel, you had to request room cleaning in advance. When we called the reception, they either didn’t answer or took at least 30 seconds to pick up. The left elevator was out of order for four days. There were no coffee capsules in the room despite there being a coffee machine, and we had asked for them. We’re sorry, but for us, the price-to-quality ratio was completely off, and the service especially was lacking during those four days. We hope this was an incident and that they will take action to address these issues.
