It’s widely acknowledged that the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh ranks among the top hotels in the city. However, in my experience, I’ve found that it doesn’t quite measure up to the standards set by other Four Seasons establishments worldwide. While the rooms boast elegance and ample space, the overall service falls short of expectations for a hotel of this prestige.
One would expect impeccable attention to detail and personalized service from a brand synonymous with luxury, yet my encounters with staff have been somewhat inconsistent. While some members of the team strive to deliver exceptional service, others seem to lack the professionalism and efficiency one would anticipate.
Moreover, the dining options, while satisfactory, don’t quite reach the culinary heights one might expect from a Four Seasons property. The variety and quality of cuisine offered pale in comparison to other locations within the brand.
Despite these shortcomings, the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh does have its merits. The facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms exude a sense of refinement. However, there’s certainly room for improvement, particularly in terms of service standards.
In conclusion, while the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh may be considered one of the city’s premier accommodations, it falls short of the exceptional experiences offered by other Four Seasons properties worldwide. With a concerted effort to elevate service levels and refine culinary offerings, it has the potential to truly stand out in the global luxury hospitality landscape

Located in the Kingdom tower , and central access to all locations in Riyadh . The hotel does not have balconies , it’s all rooms with windows . The bed is comfortable for a good nights sleep . Room service available 24 hrs .

I’ve been to the hotel a few times and have always got an ok experience, but the last time around was horrible.
Went for their supposedly great Iftar, given the price, but honestly it’s very poor in quality and the service probably on the worst I’ve encountered.
I found a massive piece of grease paper in my dumpling and just wanted to warn one of the managers to give an heads up to the team, as that was quite unacceptable, but also for them to follow their procedures with their H&S officer. For my surprise, during this discussion, I had spoken with several people and it was disturbing how they deal with these situations.
At some point I gave up, as I was just looking to give them an heads up and it became so awkward and sad to see how poorly in a four season, senior management dealt with such a simple situation.
To get a receipt, I had to speak with 5 different people and all except the last (all seniores) were unfortunately not pleasant or helpful.
A full experience ruined for me and my group.

Great room.
The place is nice, close to the hotel and you can still book tour or rent a car to visit the city
