The service and the cleanliness are not good. I came to the hotel and I did not get anyone in the reception. I sat waiting for half an hour and the smell of the rooms and the hotel’s clothes were all smoke. How are you a hotel that allows smoking in the rooms and the clothes, and it is clear that there are extinguishers of smoke everywhere, only God suffices for me
