The main reason for the low rating is the quality of their room. I stayed before in this hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. In this last stay unfortunately the room I stayed at was in very bad shape. Carpets and chairs dirty and with stains, bad smell like humidity coming from the AC, the shower old and damage. I believe that the management team at Hilton Saudi Arabia needs to do something about this as a friend staying in a different room has the same comments.

Very close to Dhahran Mall (5-10 min walk). The breakfast buffet offers plentiful options. There are a few decent restaurants around the hotel as well. The rooms can use a bit of update.

One of the best hotel I have ever been, staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am and check out till 5pm!!!! We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to all of my contacts!!

The hotel with traditional Hilton cookies which are very tasty. The hotel itself is very nice but there are visible small damages inside (all damages during the hotel's lifetime). Kitchen is very nice. Service is top class. Location of hotel for me is nice - close to few malls, banks, cafe etc. For business trip this hotel i will recommend to others (actually i was recommended for this hotel as well). Top class!

The hotel in general is beautiful, but it needs to renew the furniture and pay more attention to maintenance in terms of room lighting, for example, which caught my attention is the good treatment of the reception staff, especially Maria, who was very helpful in solving some problems.
