Ramadan Buffet - 2024 (Update Available in the end of comment) - Made reservations through the mobile number shared in their instagram page, not a pleasant experience as i had to send a watsup and call them many a times just to make sure our table was confirmed (The responsible person is not at all suited for a hotel career path, should be replaced or given way more training). - The buffet area we got seats were good, however i cannot say the same for the others as some had to walk at least 100meters from the other side of the hotel just to get served, so if u dont get a good seat its badluck. - The ambience and theme was nice. - The food arrangement was a complete disaster with entry made from two sides and the sambosas and onion rings (only two fried appetizers) placed in the middle. This resulted in the entire area being extremely crowded and looked as if people were fed free. - Their mains “kharouf” which unfortunately we could not have as the food was all over 5mins before even maghrib athan 🤣, and it was never refilled despite me asking them from the chef to the waiters to the manager to do so (it is first come first serve basis), they refill only the sambosa and the soup so if ure not in the serving line by 5.30 good luck as u just paid for dates, water, soup and sambosa. - They have two live stations one for pastas and another for pancakes and waffles (both were a let down, pasta is watery and the waffles were like toast bread) - Their desserts were the only thing which were good and the black forest cake was topnotch and really good. Overall they did not have a good variety of food (2 mains and very few appetizers and other dishes). Food taste was a let down as well (except the desserts). The buffet is not worth more than SR 40. (Update: The restaurant manager made a call inquiring on the shortcomings, which shows their commitment to improve, hopefully they would up their standards in the upcoming buffets).

Excellent customer service and the Breakfast taste and quality is 10/10 for Suhoor in Ramadan. Rooms are comfortable and the front desk is very friendly. Especially big fan of Mr. Jilani and Emam in dining. However as a Marriott Titanium Elite guest from New York, I was horrified and offended by loud music performances during Suhoor in Ramadan. It’s like they are trying so hard to remove the true spirit of this blessed month and place. Please respect the religion and consider having these wailing singers visit any other month. No other Marriott location in the world has this problem… why would you do it in Saudi? You should know better! Respectfully, Mobasshir

Ifthar buffet here was a big disappointment. I came here with great expectations but was totally let down. The place is crowded, there are people queuing up from both ends and there is only 1 station for fried starters and within minutes it's all over. The waiters do not refill, and they are very slow. We had to request them to refill, which was brought after such a long time. The rice and meat was all empty with only bones at the bottom of the buffet tray along with some other empty dishes. It was not appetising to look either. The soup bowls and plates were not replaced we had to wait more than 20 mins. The pasta station was so boring with only minimum options. Some sweet trays were taken and never replaced. The food didnot even taste good except for 1 or 2 items. Am wondering what did I even pay for? Never going to recommend their ifthar buffet.

went to Aloft to try their sea foods buffet… well I might say that it’s meet my expectations, seafoods was fresh and lots of variety to choose from… I like the grilled and fried seafoods, you will just request and will deliver to your table once it’s done… the salad and desert selection were fantastic… Aloft is a great place to stay to because it’s strategically located in business hub of Dhahran… great place and great foods combine…👍🏻
